Dr. Michael Wilson has a great "bedside manner". He explains things fully in a way I can (sort of) understand. It's my lack of knowledge that is any barrier. He is very patient and asks if I have questions- which I seldom do because he explains so well. I couldn't ask for a better Dr. to work with.
