Shannon was very thorough in explaining my upcoming procedure (angiogram with stent). She also eased my mind about other questions relating to my heart symptoms and diagnosis, and had the results of my previous tests on her screen to refer to while we spoke. It was an exemplary experience and she put my mind very much at rest about a number of key issues and concerns.
