Excellent. As I explained on my last survey about [provider name] and his great nurses in the ER, Dr. Shen and his team were "top shelf" on my follow up visit. He addressed every concern, and was a wealth of info concerning my recovery. As with both visits, when in intense pain I can't seem to remember all the names of the important support guys. The nurses/techs on each occasion were totally professional, and most important to me, personable...
