This was truly a memorable experience. From the walk thru tour of the facility upon entering...to the introductions to many of the team members... to doing the whole scope of services for a new patient with the highest technological equipment and in a most professional manner, this dental practice covers your comfort from every level. I was very impressed! I had the most thorough set of xrays and pictures ever...along with an incredible teeth cleaning experience with Roxanne. After the exam, Dr. Tau evaluated my teeth and was very easy to talk to about what I needed to keep me in excellent dental health. Recommend very highly to others!

“Comfortable”

I was referred to Dr. Tau by a couple of family members as well as coworkers because they knew that I was not a fan of the dentist. They all praised Dr. Tau for being caring, compassionate and sympathetic to their needs. I have neglected my mouth for quite some time and finally decided to call his office and make an appointment. I had lost a crown as well as many back teeth and make a decision to get my mouth back in shape. I was greeted by Barb and then introduced to Dr. Tau who assured me that he would make sure i was comfortable. I wanted to setup a plan and move forward with whatever was needed. Dr. Tau listened to my concerns and setup a treatment sequence and gave me flexible payment options to address those issues. I never felt judged or pressured and more importantly we fixed my crown and I did not feel a thing. I am singing his praises as well as his amazing team. “Professional”

It was a Groupon offer that got me to the office, but it was Dr Tau and staff that have me returning. Everyone was nice, professional and accommodating, and after the first visit, my fears(of Dentist offices) were relieved. The office has a very comfortable setting, and equipment is state-of-the art. It's an almost-hour drive, but worth the trip!

“Superb”

Dr. Tau is the best! I have been a patient of his for about ten years and I have no complaints. In fact he has several times helped me in emergency situations and I even flew back from Ireland to seek his help with tooth and mouth pain. I will not let any other dentist do work on my teeth. Today I had a cleaning and it was very well done. Many thanks to Dr. Tau and his capable staff!

“Amazing”

From the first day in your office, I must admit my “dental hygiene life” has changed dramatically to present day. There has not been another office that I have visited that were as concerned of the patient’s dental hygiene as your staff and office. You and your staff’s continuous commitment to ensure my regular dental services were completed is spectacular! With my busy work schedule, reminders and prompts to come back to the office is very helpful (a huge benefit in using email/text as reminders for patients). Not only do you regularly remind me of my appointments but also are VERY flexible on my schedule to come in for a visit. Now the most important part is my Invisalign treatment. I now have confidence to smile with no shame or embarrassment. It has been a life changer and many of my friends and family has gave positive feedback on the treatment and were amazed how the transformation has been thus far. This is by far one of the most amazing experience I had by have the ability to smile with no fear. The opportunity and the support from your office has been a huge factor in keeping me in aligned not only with my invisigalign treatment but my overall dental hygiene.
