“This is a disgrace!”
What can I say about Dr. Ruffing? What was already quickly becoming a medical nightmare for my family was soon catapulted into a full blown horror story. From his unfriendly and unhelpful staff to his complete insensitivity and total inability to return phone calls in any kind of a timely matter, Dr. Ruffing has provided the worst kind of patient care imaginable, leaving me with plenty of medical bills but absolutely no answers.
