Kelsey is a good provider. Sometimes she seems all over the place or maybe blanked out when explaining what's going on or next steps. It coukd be she already has a speech or what she needs to say about my condition, not sure. She's nice.

IF this survey is for my visit with the ENT PA Kelsey Rapp it was NOT a good experience at all and I do NOT wish to see her again. She wasn't prepared for my visit and wasn't sure what she was seeing me for. She let me know she felt I was abscessed and paranoid related to a part of my PET scan result that I was concerned about which was ENT related. She seemed overwhelmed and or preoccupied with something else. She looked in my ears and suggested I wear my hearing aids more consistently and that the spot that was identified on the PET scan was not seen by the resident who scoped me on a earlier visit and even though she said there was nothing there we would just watch it. IF nothing is there what are we watching? She also wrote things in her summary of the visit that did NOT happen. She didn't give me confidence of her skills. She seemed overwhelmed, overworked, and anxious to get my appointment completed her mannerisms came off as stiff. I have found a non O.U. ENT to follow up on the PET Scan results.

Great with communication and explaining questions asked.Does a great job with ear wax removal.I really like the detail of explaining how to do something example nasal washes.She makes sure she in step by step instruction of how to do it correctly as well as using flonase and the time you need to use it prior to bedtime.
