Dr. Jacks is rare, she is well spoken, didn't rush, explained everything, respected that I was a retired RN and spoke on my level and careful not to go over my head. I didn't feel anxious about the procedure, she Is an A+ all around and worth having anyone precept with her. I felt safe and secure with her...
