“I made an appointment for next w...”
I made an appointment for next week, but two days before my appointment I went to have my blood collected and there was no order whatsoever. The blood collection place had to call Wellspan and ask why or when will they be able to send blood collection orders for me. For that reason, I have to leave the place and go back in to have my blood drawn. Not very timely and attention to detail.
