“He did not have my medical chart...”

He did not have my medical chart with me and opted to hear from me what has been ailing me, what tests I've done, doctors I have seen. He had a PA and another assistant and yet none of these 3 people noted that I needed to get a referral for a 4D CTScan and Dr Maller-St Clair has not responded to my messages for a week now. His office did not say he is on vacation, just that he has not responded.
