“Dr. Tang was pleasant and I have...”
Dr. Tang was pleasant and I have no doubt he is a skilled doctor and surgeon. However, while we discussed my options, there was no imaging done to fully explain my condition, of which the next steps would be surgery with no guarantee it would fully resolve my issues. Additionally, when I was greeted by Dr. Tang for this follow-up he requested (after my initial appointment and prescribed medications), he said "nice to meet you; what brings you in?" So, clearly he had not reviewed my chart before entering the room. Rather discouraging for me to want to continue care with this provider.
