This was my first visit with Dr. Urich as he replaced my previous PCP, [provider name]. Dr. Urich was well prepared for my visit, he had reviewed my medical records and asked specific questions about past visits, lab work, MRIs & medical issues.

Dr Urich was very thorough and friendly. This was an introductory visit with him since my family physician, Dr Scarpelli, retired the beginning of January. Will miss him but Dr Urich seems to be good.
