“I found my experience with Dr. L...”

I found my experience with Dr. Lamp to be consistently frustrating. She came across as condescending and dismissive, with a rushed approach that left little room for meaningful discussion or thorough evaluation. Appointments felt unprepared and lacking in depth, which raised questions about the quality of care and attention to detail. I did not feel heard, respected, or confident in the clinical judgment being applied. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I expect from a health care professional.

I have always had a great patient experience when needing to see my PCP. Dr. Lamp's MA is kind and friendly from the door. Dr. Lamp is kind, compassionate, and supportive. She takes the time to listen to my concerns, explain things to me, and provide me with the guidance and support I need.
