Dr Chapman and the spine team have always been outstanding setting a high bar for all to follow. I marked down the scheduling portion to GOOD not because of staff but most likely available resources and volume. With life changing diagnosis it would be great if scheduling could be a bit sooner. Hard ask I know, but thanks for the opportunity to comment.

Dr. Jens Chapman is in high demand. This is because he is exceptionally skilled. On the other side though, he must feel that everybody and their dog is tugging at his sleeve, putting an unending level of stress on him. There is a saying..."If you want to get something done, ask a busy man". But everyone has their limits when it comes to requests, pleas and even demands from orhers. Dr. Chapman is an unusually skilled surgeon and an outstanding example of what anyone entering medicine should aspire to. Having said that, I will risk to comment here that this doctor, this good man, has his admirable human appears to me anyhow... As being pulled too tightly in too many directions by too many other humans.
