I was a patient at Dr Falicov before he joined Swedish. I was very happy to see that he had joined Swedish, but it was never expressed in the letter I received that I needed to reestablish myself with his practice. I had been a Swedish patient for more than 15 years-but I was not made aware that I would need to come in for a reestablishing appointment. So when my back went out in late May my much needed visit to Dr. Falicov was delayed by many weeks while I reestablished myself before I could get the care, It's important in the future that this is expressed clearly in the letter or email.
