My recent experience with this provider was excellent, however that has not always been the case. A year ago I went to this provider to get a preliminary injection prior to getting an appointment for a nerve ablation. I did have to cancel my appointment for the second preliminary injection because my pain level was not at a high enough level to successfully proceed. Dr David said to just let them know when I was ready to do the next injection, which I did. However I was never able to get past talking to the receptionist. She would always say the scheduler would call me back. I tried at least 3 times to get an appointment, but no one ever called me back!!!! I was extremely disappointed with the staff for ignoring my requests! To me this is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! They seem to have improved their appointment scheduling system now, since I did get an appointment recently, but I hope they continue to make improvement in this area, because the patients who go there are usually in intense pain and should not be made to wait indefinitely for someone to call them back!!
