“It was nearing 15 minutes past m...”
It was nearing 15 minutes past my appointment time when I had to ask about when I was going to be seen. Afterwards I was called back a minute or two later. I am not at all complaining about the wait, but it may have been longer if I had not asked. Additionally, I was very happy that they took me back almost immediately after asking.
