“Dr. Shorb listened to me with ca...”

Dr. Shorb listened to me with care when I described a problem I was having. The answer he gave me was helpful to me. When one method of care didn't work, he used an alternative, which was much better for me. Dr. Shorb was familiar with my medical history regarding my ears and treatment was appropriate. Dr. Shorb is friendly and kind, and gentle with his treatments.
