It took me a long time to decide to get braces. I never really cared what my teeth looked like but as I got older I started to noticed that my teeth were not looking good. I decided to get my teeth fixed and I found Dr. Chen and she's amazing. She explained everything in detailed and allowed time for questions. She never rush and was always very professional.

This is such a change in a kids life with the pain of tightening braces and such. My son never argued about going. He also loved getting to pick the rubber band colors every time. Dr Chen and Erica are both bright energies and friendly with all ages.

Dr. Chen made sure I was never toothless and placed a fake tooth in the brackets and no one knew that I was missing a tooth there. She was patient and always took the time to make sure it was right, and not just good enough. I definitely love my smile for the first time in years! :)

We have been taking our daughter to Dr. Chen for braces and she's been great. Due to cancer, our family has to be extra careful to avoid getting covid, flu, and colds so Dr. Chen was able to make accommodations for us to minimize our risk. She has also worked really well with our daughter and corrected her issue after just a couple of months, though the braces have to stay on longer. We opted for metal braces to minimize plastic leaching and she was very knowledgeable working with both types.

i had a great experience with Dr. Chen. I tried Invisalign about 10 years ago with a different orthodontist, which didn't correct my bite problems. I learned from Dr. Chen that Invisalign was a bad choice for my problems. She detailed out all the things that she could fix with braces. My braces came off on the early end of the estimated time of 12 to 18 months. My teeth look great. She did a great job on the permanent retainer behind my bottom back teeth. The previous orthodontist had put the prior retainer in with big gobs of glue. The one Dr. Chen put in is very discrete. She is detailed oriented. I am an older adult and she made me feel comfortable with getting braces. She also offers a monthly payment plan, which makes getting orthodontic treatment easier.
