“Thrilled with the care my children have recieved, excellent!”

Dr. Chen and her staff are wonderful. So happy she also took my insurance, made a big difference. I had to call and check on my son's retainer (due to my son's sensory issues) and she got right back to me, even though she was on vacation. Dr. Chen has been so patient with all of my sons sensory issues, taking extra time and stopping when he asked, she's incredible. They have also been very flexible with lots of appointment options and I was able to get in last minute when something came up. Dr Chen was our second opinion before getting braces, far superior, unlike the first she also offered the spacer to be removable while he ate, instead of permanently attached. Cant say enough good things, can't recommend high enough.

“Excellent Orthodontist!”

I was hesitant at first to get braces as an adult, but Dr. Chen has been very patient and professional throughout my braces experience. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend that anyone interested in braces see her. Always professional, and always seeks to make your teeth perfect.

“i had a great experience.”

i had a great experience with Dr. Chen. I tried Invisalign about 10 years ago with a different orthodontist, which didn't correct my bite problems. I learned from Dr. Chen that Invisalign was a bad choice for my problems. She detailed out all the things that she could fix with braces. My braces came off on the early end of the estimated time of 12 to 18 months. My teeth look great. She did a great job on the permanent retainer behind my bottom back teeth. The previous orthodontist had put the prior retainer in with big gobs of glue. The one Dr. Chen put in is very discrete. She is detailed oriented. I am an older adult and she made me feel comfortable with getting braces. She also offers a monthly payment plan, which makes getting orthodontic treatment easier.

“Gentle, Friendly, Professional”

Our experience with Dr. Chen has been outstanding! She and Erika, her front desk manager, are always so friendly and personable when we come. Dr. Chen is very gentle with my children and, while they don't love braces, they like Dr. Chen. Her predicted timeline has been spot on with my son and so far with my daughter as well. Whenever my child has had an issue with their device, the office always fits us in right away. I am so glad I chose Dr. Chen.
