Donna the nurse educated me on the Paleo diet. I can say I'm almost completing the 21 day cleanse and I feel fantastic. I'm now the Paleo expert on cooking in my office. Everyone want to eat my delicious looking and tasting food. The weekly vitamin B12 injections have been helpful at keeping my energy up throughout the day. Came in with low testosterone. I had severe hesitation and angst around the treatment plan that my prior provider had pursued. Dr. J and his staff took the time to walk me through the different paths of treatment and got me comfortable with a plan. Since then I have started regular B12 injections, tried the Meyer's cocktail, and have regular supplements that I take as part of my daily regiment. Donna and Bertha are great when I come in each week for injections, and truly take the time to get to know me both personally, and clinically. As a team, they do a great job of focusing on naturopathic remedies, but also remain open to coupling these with more traditional therapies/approaches.

Overall, Santan Natural Medicine has taken me from a pesimistic skeptic to a true believer in the power of the body to fix itself.
