I was a first time patient, and explained the condition I was concerned about. The provider understood my concerns and listened. However, I felt like they quickly directed the conversation into telling me about expensive treatments they offered. There was no discussion about what might be triggering the condition in the first place, other preventative measures etc. I appreciated the direct information about solutions and I got a prescription that may help. But I left feeling empty handed because the treatment offered sounded so great and I was hopeful, but then I saw the price as I was leaving. I think it's important to further discuss all options of care in a medical sense, not just a cosmetic one.

The Doctor is very knowledgeable but is very fast and quick. I think he needs to treat the face pre-cancers a second longer with the freeze bottle then just a quick freeze spray on each pre-cancer. This is only my opinion from having other pre-cancer moles removed from my face. Otherwise he is fantastic
