Dr. Liu made me feel truly seen, heard, and cared for in a way that I will always remember. From the moment he walked into the room, his kindness, patience, and compassion immediately put me at ease, and I never once felt rushed or like I was just another patient on his schedule. He took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make me feel genuinely supported during a moment when that meant more to me than I can fully express. It is rare to meet a physician who combines such knowledge and professionalism with such warmth and humanity, and I left my visit feeling incredibly grateful that I had been in his care. Dr. Liu is the kind of physician who reminds you how meaningful compassionate medicine can be, and I truly believe he deserves to be recognized for the lasting impact he has on his patients.

“Dr Liu prides himself on speed. ...”

Dr Liu prides himself on speed. He gave me 10 minutes of his time. I thought there were other patients but he was chatting with staff he did give me a n apt for six months but I left with a large ugly patch on my face unexplained.

“The Doctor is very knowledgeable...”

The Doctor is very knowledgeable but is very fast and quick. I think he needs to treat the face pre-cancers a second longer with the freeze bottle then just a quick freeze spray on each pre-cancer. This is only my opinion from having other pre-cancer moles removed from my face. Otherwise he is fantastic

The doctor didn't appear to have an appointment before or after me, yet it felt like he was rushing me. He didn't ask if I had questions and gave very short answers to questions I had.
