“Dr. Cohen is not only a lovely p...”

Dr. Cohen is not only a lovely person, but I have felt very comfortable being my doctor. He answers all questions in very informative responses. When he wasn't sure of an answer to my question regarding a procedure as I have a cochlear implant, he looked up my concern and said he now knows the correct answer. That tells me I feel safe with him.
