Dr. Kelsch took the time to explain/answer my questions more clearly to help me understand and to ease my anxiety. She was also quick to respond back to me via the portal to go over my bloodwork. That is important to me. Setting up appointments can sometimes be annoying. Got that set a year ahead. I did not talk to her about other issues I have, but will try to make another appointment if needed or if I can even get in! I would also like to comment on the wonderful phlebotomist I had for my lab work. She was amazingly fast and I didn't even bleed or feel the needle! It didn't even leave a mark! However, since she was so fast I didn't get her name. They are all great there, but she was phenomenal! So thank you!

My appointment was made a year in advance. If I need a quick appointment it is very difficult to get in. Last time I was told to go to emergency if I needed to see someone within a few days.

This is the first provider to truly understand and care about the severe pain I had been experiencing for several weeks. She ordered a change in medication for 7 days that broke the intense inflammation allowing me to shower, dress and function. I am improved enough to put on a bra! Thank you for this amazing lady!
