“Dr appointment and initial sched...”

Dr appointment and initial scheduling was good. Very professional and efficient. Post visit labs not at all the same experience. My wait in que was lost and I waited for 30 minutes and checked back in with the receptionist and was told my lab spot in line was lost from a system glitch. The wait time then went to over an hour and I was told it would be at least another 20 min. I was in the office for over 2 hours from the time of my appointment until I finally became irritated and walked out. The receptionist was Proffesional and cordial and tried to be helpful but your automated sign in glitch and lack of staff for labs made the experience unacceptable and disrespectful of my time.
