“Being scheduled as one of the la...”

Being scheduled as one of the last patients of the day, I was prepared to have possibly a substantial wait to see Dr. Massoud. That was not the case, as he and his MA were right on the scheduled time. Dr. Massoud was attentive, professional, insightfully answering all health-related questions I had for him, personable and never felt rushed or needing to finish up. I could not ask for a better health care provider - very well done.

Dr. Massound is an excellent physician and an asset to the medical community. He is thoughtful and provides excellent medical advise. So glad I can see a physician and not some mid level for my care. Providence needs to have more physician access in general and less mid levels.
