“I don't generally feel like Dr H...”

I don't generally feel like Dr Heinen is listening to me. It wasn't until my 3rd visit that he was willing to entertain the idea that my pain was something other than frozen shoulder, even though I told him my PT had said my range of motion of specific pain was not consistent with frozen shoulder at a prior visit.
