Dr. Ip really impressed me the first time I visited her. I was not feeling well and needed to see someone and called the office and got lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Ip that day. She diagnosed another problem I had with my thyroid that was never caught before. The reason for my visit was not related to that at all. I was very grateful. I am not a person who goes to the doctor a lot and my children said I should get a wellness visit. So I made an appointment with Dr. Ip. I feel very confident in her care and I am following up on her recommendations. I told my daughter to see her, too. The nurse who checked me in was also very good. Unrelated to this, I was glad they reopened the lab in the building. It is so convenient. Dr. Ip followed up on my chart immediately after receiving my results.
