Olivia was awesome. She was very personable and put me at ease with her highly professional demeanor. She listened to all my concerns, and my after-visit summary showed that she didn't miss one iota reporting our visit. I received my test results today and Olivia reported back to me on all of them. I can't say enough about her. If I were to see her again in the future, I would not be disappointed in the least.
