My visit was outstanding! Sharon Frigo Doyle was by far the best clinician that I've seen at Duly. She was open minded, listened and already ordered tests that revealed a significant diagnosis that I've brought up before to other doctors to no avail.

“The visit was great same as prev...”

The visit was great same as previous years we discussed all my health awareness and test results along with the recent surgeries and upcoming surgery. As this was an ACA Wellness visit I believed it covered everything as in the past. I an upset that DULY is trying to combine or lay over the top of the an office visit and wellness visit saying the doctor discussed with something that is not covered in a wellness. Visit without specifing what it is.

Sharon the nurse practitioner did not have an true answer to my problem. She did look up info on my chart to show me my declining weight, which I was concern about. She also told me a "Gastro" doctor would be able to help me. I already have a appointment with a "Gastro" doctor In early October. Sharon shown concern and listen to why I came in.

As evidenced by my responses this was a wonderful experience. I had/have a difficult and a bit unusual ailment. The servicing medical team leader was just excellent. Caring, insightful questions, careful listening and comments that underscored her understanding of my situation. Very prompt and extensive medical testing and fact finding made me feel very cared for and important.
