The visit was great same as previous years we discussed all my health awareness and test results along with the recent surgeries and upcoming surgery. As this was an ACA Wellness visit I believed it covered everything as in the past. I an upset that DULY is trying to combine or lay over the top of the an office visit and wellness visit saying the doctor discussed with something that is not covered in a wellness. Visit without specifing what it is.

As evidenced by my responses this was a wonderful experience. I had/have a difficult and a bit unusual ailment. The servicing medical team leader was just excellent. Caring, insightful questions, careful listening and comments that underscored her understanding of my situation. Very prompt and extensive medical testing and fact finding made me feel very cared for and important.
