This was our first time seeing Dr. Santiago and it won't be our last, especially since our preferred provider isn't at the Plainfield clinic any longer. Dr Santiago was extremely thorough, took her time, conversed with me rather than talking at me, and showed genuine interest and care in my son and his ailments. With the holiday weekend causing limited hours, she created a plan of action for further care if needed, which it was. Because of Dr Santiago's forethought and concern, I was easily able to contact the on call physician two days later to receive an oral medication for my son's legion which is not showing the progress we hoped for after initial treatment. To say I'm extremely impressed with Dr Santiago and her care would be an understatement. I am so happy to have another amazing doctor to look for when we need care.
