I have already recommended Dr. Erich to everyone I know

I still believe he is a skilled doctor but he doesn't really answer my questions, or answers them minimally. At this particular visit, he seemed almost dismissive of my concern.I waited to fill this out until after a second visit in hopes that it was just not his best day. The next appointment was better but he still did not really answer my questions adequately. It seemed almost like he didn't know the answers. I don't want to think that's the issue but it does lead to some concerns about my care. I sort of get the feeling that this is so routine for him that it is not recognized that for those of us undergoing procedures relating to our eyes it is NOT routine and we need to understand more about it rather than just a very general explanation. Please also remember that each patient is an individual and may have unique needs and/or concerns.
