“Brielle Chilson is professional,...”
Brielle Chilson is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. She explained what she was doing and why. Asked if I had questions. She asked several times if I was ok during the procedure. I am impressed with Brielle's promptness at responding to my email question on MYCHART. She responded within 24 hours! I didn't respond back right away (as I was mulling over my options) and she sent me another message a week later to make sure I received her response to my questions and to see if I had any further questions. She is dedicated to her patients and aware of their needs. I did not feel like "another number" but rather like she remembered me and an individual patient.
