I was experiencing pain in my knees. Which is now effecting my hips and my back. I have been coming here for a year. My experience is good. I did see another pain management group before coming here. When I first started here, I saw Jessica. She was amazing. My pain is getting a little worse. I am in and out of the house running errands daily, so I really need a little more to help me. I am 100% happy with this office, the staff is happy and friendly. My injections are great, no issues there. I am treated like a person here, not a number like alot of other places.

It's pretty easy to make appointments here, I actually called in on Monday and now I'm here and it's Thursday. I was surprised to get in so soon, other places take months. The front desk is very friendly. Dr. Venk was good, I really liked him alot. He cared about what he was explaining, he was really patient with me since I have short term memory loss. He was working with me the whole time and that means alot. There's not alot of waiting out there either, my appointment was at 10:45 and now it's 11:00 and I'm already back. So that's awesome that you don't have to wait.
