“I really appreciate that he gave...”

I really appreciate that he gave me the choice to diet and exercise or go on medication. I don't want to be on more medication so I'm doing my best to improve my health so I don't need more medication. Most doctors just want to put you on medication, but he's allowing me the opportunity to not have to go that route.
