Dr. Kaplan was hands on and informational, he numbed area up properly, no infection due to AmeriWash kit, gave post care instructions in paper copies to take home, properly removed the ingrown nail, i had minimal throbbing, healing great, and he insists on follow up visits to be sure nail is healing properly. Great Work!

He explained everything thoroughly and treated me compassionately, along with the rest of his staff. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan.

I am Type 2 Diabetic, and after losing a Toenail it grew back in such a way that eventually it cut the side of my big toe, it became infected, but Dr. Kaplan did his best to remove the ingrown nail, and perform a procedure to prevent its return. I have heard in the past that this can hurt, but he did all he could to prevent me from feeling any discomfort during the procedure, even mild pressure/pinch sensation had him working to numb further. So again, I will if needed be back, and would recommend his practice.

I had an ingrown toenail that was painful and becoming infected. I was able to get in to see Dr. Kaplan the next day and he removed the ingrown nail right away. His staff are very kind, professional, and will try their best to get you the earliest appointment possible. Dr. Kaplan listened to my situation and removed the nail as soon as he could.
