Not only is Dr. Paolini a great physician and Otolaryngologist who truly has an amazing knowledge base of his speciality with years of successful experience to back it up but he is also a physician who truly cares about the well-being of his patients! He is warm, kind, and takes the time to sit with his patient's and their families to truly listen and answer any questions they might have. Also, as a boss, he treats his staff very well and will do anything he can to help them and their families!

My son needed immediate care for his ear issues and Dr. Paolini was wonderful. He was great with Tyler (my son) and did a fabulous job of putting both of us at ease. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and spent a lot of time with us one on one. Highly recommended!
