My son needed immediate care for his ear issues and Dr. Paolini was wonderful. He was great with Tyler (my son) and did a fabulous job of putting both of us at ease. He was very thorough in his diagnosis and spent a lot of time with us one on one. Highly recommended!

He is warm, kind, and takes the time to sit with his patient's and their families to truly listen and answer any questions they might have. Also, as a boss, he treats his staff very well and will do anything he can to help them and their families!
