First off, the scheduling office is utterly useless and very disorganized. My primary doctor's office had to fax over my referrals 3 times before their office finally received them. Each of the three times, when I called to confirm them being sent, their office would make up these bizarre excuses and blame it on the primary. First off, the scheduling office is utterly useless and very disorganized. My primary doctor's office had to fax over my referrals 3 times before their office finally received them.
