For the first time in a long time, I felt heard I felt like that the doctor, as well as her staff were concerned with providing me with answers to questions and appropriately until after testing for ones that couldn't be answered. But I felt like I was heard really heard and there's an empathy For what I was going through. I do not like going to doctors and usually stay with one until they retire or I move or something similar happens. I felt that I needed a new provider for cardiology services and after visiting even on this first initial visit, I felt like I was finally in good hands I felt heard I did not feel dismissed and I felt like there was a true empathy there. There was no condescension or deflection.
