“Michelle left me feeling like I ...”
Michelle left me feeling like I had zero idea of my test results. I was confused. She seemed uniformed herself. It felt like she may have been pre-occupied. I tried to ask questions but they were not answered. I was confused and puzzled by the time I left the appt. I had more questions after she attempted to answer my questions and I was very concerned. One of her responses to my question was it's not bad enough to where we need to give you medicine. I was baffled. It was such a difference from when I normally see Dr. Bond who takes her time to explain everything to you and makes sure you know what's going on. This was just not good bedside manner from Michelle at all.
