“6-month check-up with no advance notice of office relocation”
I have a lesion on my kidney, and today was suppose to mark my 6-month ultrasound follow-up. My first meeting with him, I felt angry after leaving his office. He nearly wanted to change my regiment of medications by changing many of them. I was actually surprised that he would question many of my meds after just meeting me for the first time, while I had worked for many years with these other doctors. These were non-kidney drugs. Back to this moment, today's appt was made 6 months in advance. I got a call from the reception confirming today's appt. Today, I got there a half hour early and I knew they at lunch, so the locked doors didn't surprise me. Dr. Reddy's name and practice name are on the wall. Adjoining doctors came out to ask who I was waiting for, I said Dr. Reddy. They said he had been gone for weeks, he relocated his practice. Why was I not notified of this when the confirmation call was made, why is his name still plastered at the old location. Very bad service.
