Dr Kuo is one of the best surgeons indeed, doctors, I have encountered in my 60 years of working in the medical field. She presents and relates as a totally competent and empathetic physician who never appears rushed and LISTENS. She takes pride in her work, which she should. The scar on my neck is practically invisible three weeks later
