I really love Dr. Vogel and have developed a good relationship with her. She's extremely knowledgeable and I respect her opinion/insights/Knowledge. Her assistant on the other hand was not very friendly. She seemed very blas?, not warm at all. The receptionist seemed obtuse. I don't think it takes that much effort to smile, ask how you're doing. The receptionist basically don't acknowledge you unless you specifically get in front of their face and ask a question.

It was my first visit with Dr. Vogel after a very bad experience at my previous OBGYN. The whole office provided such a better experience from start to finish. I finally got the answers I needed and an actual plan.

She seemed preoccupied, but she was still pleasant, helpful and did all the right tests to help eliminate all possible options .She seemed to know the problem immediatel, but was careful to take precautionary tests and provided some medication and solutions immediately for my issue .
