I’ve only been working with Dr. Zlatanic for just two months now and have seen him both at his UES location and at Manhattan Endoscopy. He is a decent listener, calm in his demeanor, and wants to provide comprehensive care to help get to the bottom of my ongoing GI issues. Sometimes, he comes across as pressed for time when I have follow-up questions after he’s done telling me what he to share. I think it’s nice for doctors to slow down for an extra minute when meeting a patient and right after they have told the patient a bunch of things. The patient needs a moment to process the information as well as the next steps, and one way patients do that is by asking questions. Having said that, Dr. Z is way better than many other doctors ware abrupt, hostile, robotic, and interact like medicine is only a business where patients are billing units.
