I wouldn’t want to be treated by any other doctor for this procedure. I’d recommend him to everyone. The 2 hour delay was understandable, but I wish a staff member would’ve informed me of the delay rather than just sitting there wondering what was going on. It made feel anxious.

I had a perfect colonoscopy experience this week with Dr. Haber and staff at MEC. From arrival to departure was about two hours in total. I was processed quickly, everything was clearly explained to me, before, during and after the procedure. As a Medicare patient, I was told the cost of the procedure was covered and I owed $0. My experience was as good as it could possibly be for a colonoscopy.

The prep (which you painfully remember) and actual procedure (which you thankfully don’t) are overshadowed by Dr. Foont’s open, friendly and kind bedside manner. You feel like you can tell her anything (and you should if it’s relevant). She establishes a level of comfort in your consultation that helps relieve any residual fears you might have about a rather intimate procedure. And she carried my bags into the exam room which kinda touched me. That simple and humble gesture showed me that she had my back (pun intended). I’d give her 10/10.

He also uploaded it to my chart so I had access to his notes. I noticed that things I forgot to mention to him was caught in his report. He staff allowed me to complete blood test etc near my home. Excellent doctor and support staff.

Also her office set up tge follow up appt to have a second colonoscopy after she was only able to see one side of my colon. Therefore they prescribed more prep which worked and she was able to see entire colon & thankfully no polyps. Overall satisfying experience.

Dr. Foont is an absolute joy and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The anesthesiologist told me exactly what she was going to do before she did it. Everyone was very kind and the entire appointment was efficient and high quality.
