“Provider did not show empathy fo...”

Provider did not show empathy for the pain in my knee. Just gave me exercises to do. I went to urgent care 2 days later as I could hardly walk they took ex-rays I had water on my knee and arthritis. Got an antibiotics for the inflammation and am using volitaren with ace bandage to help support the knee
