“My provider always takes the tim...”

My provider always takes the time to listen to my concerns. I don't care that I waited more than 15 minutes till he saw me. I would rather have him take the time with patients and do things right than to rush through. I wouldn't keep going to a doctor who does that.

“I don't feel like Dr Coates list...”

I don't feel like Dr Coates listened to my symptoms and my concerns and decided what he thought was wrong before he even examined me. I ended up getting much sicker after a few days and went to Urgent Care with a sinus infection and ear infection, which is how I felt during my office visit.
