Awesome doctor and staff! They are very thoughtful and kind. Dr. Carosso explains the diagnosis and plans very clearly. I had a difficult time explaining some behaviours, he sat there and carefully listened to what I had to say about my child. I was skeptical seeing this doctor because I did not hear a lot of positive feedback from other people. I learned to take it with a grain of salt. Dr. Carosso was so nice and spent time going over my son's diagnosis. We wanted to change some of his wrap around hours to which Dr. Carosso agreed. It is always nerve-wracking to share personal details of your child's emotional and behavioral growth with a person you have just met. However, Dr. Carosso and his staff were always courteous, understanding, and supportive. They made my daughter, husband and I felt at ease. They dedicated us time and let us speak, without rushing us to take decisions. We felt heard.
