“I feel as if Dr. Giles has a com...”

I feel as if Dr. Giles has a communication barrier. The barrier is that every patient must fit into a specific formula and when they do not- there is no where to move forward in the discussion. This makes it extremely difficult to have any discussion with my doctor.
