I've seen 4 different providers for this or similar problems and Dr. Schrum was by far the best! Topics we had to discuss were very sensitive, but he exuded comfort with the conversations and offered very helpful information around diagnosis and treatment of the main problem I was being seen for plus a couple other related problems. I was impressed that my first conversation with him was with all clothes on, which helps with comfort discussing sensitive topics and empowerment toward shared decision-making. The exam, which has not been painless previously with other providers, was very gentle and he did a good job of explaining what to expect and what was next. Dr. Schrum seems like an excellent provider for women's health based on this one encounter.
