I appreciate Dr. Bird's straightforward and blunt but simultaneously personable and fun energy they brought into the conversation. Dr. Bird did not hold back with information and risks vs benefits but also kept the atmosphere of the conversation well-balanced with their positive personality.

“I still have several questions. ...”

I still have several questions. This provider didn't seem to like me asking questions and told me I was trying to box her into a perfect answer, when really I was just trying to understand the options and what her best opinion was for me. This did not leave me with a good feeling about this provider, or that it was ok to ask many questions. Also, she did not seem prepared for my visit with information or my history. The compound pharmacy did not get all the detail they needed in the prescription and I was told they'd need to call the provider.

“Dr Bird was rude from the moment...”

Dr Bird was rude from the moment she walked in the room. They clearly had an attitude and their questions were extremely passive aggressive and at the end, out right rude. Will never go back.
